1. Final Sale PolicyAll purchases made through Pro Plasma Esthetic are considered final. Due to the specialized nature of our Products, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns once a sale is completed. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing.
2. Warranty and SupportPro Plasma Esthetic is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We honor the manufacturer's 2-year warranty on all our Products. Should your Product encounter any manufacturing defects within this period, we are here to assist you in processing your warranty claim.
